Rates are based on a 5 night minimum stay--4 night stay add $5/night, 3 night stay add $10/night
A $300.00 deposit is due within 10 days of booking to hold dates reserved. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Christmas and New Year's bookings are due in full by November 15th. If reservations are cancelled 30 days prior to arrival a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged. After that date, your deposit will be subject to forfeiture (pending our ability to rebook the dates cancelled). We appreciate your understanding.
